My daughter Tracy blows me away.

She co-owns Yogapata with her husband Mitchel.  Their studio is a spiritual sanctuary where students come and nourish their body and their soul

She recently spoke before a women’s organization, Believe Inspire Grow on how to manifest the work you love and the relationships you desire through yoga.  Tracy told the group of 25 business women how her greatest accomplishment is helping those who come into her life to embrace who they are in their hearts and in their minds.

“Follow you heart,” she repeated numerous times.  The women listened with intent as she continued and told stories on how we each can find our voice and create meaningful conversations that will lead us to our truths to live the life we truly want

Her words resonated in my ears – she blew me away!

My wishes for you this Thanksgiving holiday are to follow your heart and manifest the work you love and the relationships you desire.
